Your role
Paid Media:
- Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across key platforms, including but not limited to META (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic channels and traditional media according to client’s briefs
- Monitor, track, and optimize campaigns to ensure KPIs such as Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate (CR) are met.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Build comprehensive campaign reports with actionable insights and deliver data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work with other teams in brainstorming, planning, execution, and reporting for all campaigns.
- To understand client briefs and be able to strategize and provide a sound media proposal/plan.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive quality traffic to client websites.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Track organic performance metrics and create monthly reports highlighting key findings and optimizations.
Others:
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in Paid Media and SEO.
- Explore and recommend new channels, tools, or techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- All other ad-hoc tasks where necessary
Your profile
- At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in analytics and tech manager tools - Google Analytics, Adobe, Google Tech al fluency in English is required
- Passionate about Media and able to adapt with process/SOP changes
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Strong math and Excel skills
- Analytical, structured and organized
- Able to train and mentor others
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Willing to learn
- Must be technically adapted within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Budget management - assistance in the allocation of monthly budgets, and oversight of client’s campaign billing/spending.
- Analyze and interpret performance data to provide intelligent next steps.
- Experience in data tracking setups (UTM tagging, Pixels, conversion APIs, and GTM).
- Experience in e-commerce performance marketing is a plus.
- Experience in Google Analytics will be added advantage.
