Your role

The Traffic Executives is responsible for scheduling all jobs and moving them through the various stages of development. The duties of a Traffic Executive includes controlling the overall workflow, reviewing jobs within the organisation, utilising the agency’s chosen ERP system to assign resources and keep track of the job status. 

• collaborates with Business Directors, Team Leads and Senior Leadership to ensure effective resource allocation and utilisation for the business, providing regular updates and required solutions on resourcing needs (both for internal resources and outsourcing). 
• escalate to Management about the current workflow, and communicate any possible issues (too much or too little work)
• monitors current traffic processes and develops ideas on ways of improving current practices where required.
• balancing ad-hoc requests based on planned capacity, lead time required and client deadline.
• provides meaningful reports analysis to Managing Directors and senior leadership to ensure they make informed decisions on client needs for the business.
• develop an understanding of each role across departments, including the full scope of tasks, skills required and the nature of each brand.

Your profile

To be considered for this position you have to have excellent communication skills, be self motivated and an effective problem solver. You have to be capable of managing busy schedules and prioritise across projects. The right candidate will also be able to oversee the review process and distribute approved assets to the right teams. The required skills are:

• Proven experience as a Traffic Executive in digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Possess strong passion in organisation, time management, and problem solving. 
• Works well with numbers, able to break down and analyse data sets. Excel knowledge is a must.
• People person, positive and able to communicate and work together well with team members and senior leaders.   
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if you enjoy numbers and good in managing expectations from various individuals
